Anyone looking for tips on how to improve their cornering/riding techniques, I HIGHLY recommend reading Lee Parks book TOTAL CONTROL! My husband and I took thier advanced riding course 2 weeks ago both of us improved significantly. They really teach you how to do it right and how to recognize when you don't. A great investment!!

Nice Chris! Looks like you might get that left knee down!

Move your head more forward over the handle bar. In pic two you foot looks like its at an odd position and your knee is too far out. Your knee should be more foward towards the front wheel, not so "out" but more near the stator.

I noticed that too.
I'm really uncomfortable with left hand turns, and my body/foot positioning has always been a little weird on that side. Something to consciously work on next time I'm at PMI... I know. :D

good improvement, some things to think about.
Get your butt back on that seat a little more, your off quite a bit there, definately stop reaching with that knee, that will correct that left foot. The lean angle will come with speed, and you will drag knee, dont force it by creating bad habits and bad body position.
As far as your shoulders/upper body, definate improvement; but you do need to get that head forward and shoulders down... point that inside elbow and drop the inside shoulder.

Looking good bro. Good advice here, you'll be working on it constantly. I know I find myself riding different all the time during race weekends. (or at least still trying to improve things) Keep it up man!
