it is friggin cold here, that's for sure. brrrrr i'm happy with my warm apartment right now.

How much is the gas bill during winter since you pretty much have to keep the heater on at all times?

i honestly don't know since that is covered in my housing tuition:( but right now it is TOO HOT in our apartment. we have to get the maintenance guys back up here. there are vents in me and my roomie's room and the living room, but not in the bathrooms or the other bedrooms. so much is wrong with the design of this apartment.
because chicago law also states that there must be natural light in all living areas. so the wall in my room doesn't go all the way up so i can get natural light. which also welcomes in unwanted noise from the living room. i cannot bitch about that enough!!
