AStars Stella Julie Suit

So... I did a search and looked in this forum and didn't see anything posted on it... but I saw a write up in the recent Motorcyclist on the new 1 piece suit from AStars called the Stella Julie:

Comes in black and in white and from what I read, the various kevlar areas in the suit makes it a real good fit even the first time you wear it, so you don't have those uncomfortable beginning times when breaking it in.

I think the white one really looks sharp... but could be a pain to keep looking clean...

But, for retail price of $799.95 (which I'm sure you can find cheaper since this is off the AStars website), seems like a good deal for a suit made for us ladies!

Awesome! It was the first time I had seen it so I thought maybe it was a new thing! Did the ladies you saw give any opinions?

I saw it earlier this year, I think at Jenning's last women's track day. One of the girls wearing it was new to riding, so of course she loved the suit, but that was all she knows so...

The others I've seen I didn't talk to the ladies wearing them. But I'm pretty sure those were the same suit.

In any case, I don't really think you can go wrong with Alpinestars. I'm probably going to make that my next suit.

I'm sure they won't stay clean for long. But who cares about that? I'm more interested in comfort & quality. Though I do make an attempt to keep the love bugs cleaned off of my gear. Man those things stink and they are so destructive.

The black looks hott! I have an A* but its a mens small. Got a deal from the store I bought it at as it was on the rack for a long time since it was so small for guys, that was years ago though. Doesnt fit like I bet a ladies cut would but then again I don't really need any "extra clearance" in the chest area as a lot of ladies do hehehehehehehe.

Teknic has a new "Venom" one piece out that looks pretty cool. I know this thread is old but I thought I'd update it. I'm in the market for a new suit since my last one got thrashed when I crashed and it's only 600 bucks. Cheapest non-custom one piece I've seen for us ladies so far. I'm still probably going to go custom for my next one though. Thought it might help some of you guys out though.

Well, I now have a new Alpinestars Stella suit like the one above. I just rode home in it, and it's surprisingly comfortable. It fits much better than my Teknic suit, which was about a 1/2 size too big. The a* suit hugs my body without crushing me. I love it so far.

i like the white and powder blue.....have to look into this
