What's the one household item that you simply will not scrimp on under even the most severe circumstances?

Toilet paper, no question. I can't stand that john wayne 1-ply see through stuff touching my arse. I have sensitive skin, dammit! I need some Charmin, I want to feel like I'm cleaning myself with a cloud of cotton!

I can honestly say, I just buy whatever is cheap and easy...I'm not really picky about anything.

Household item? It would have to be laundry detergent. I can use store brand stuff on a lot of things, but to clean something that is next to my skin all day and all night, I want what will make me feel the best.
As far as other things (since I can never just choose one thing for these kinds of questions), I won't skimp on make-up, skin or hair care products, or vitamins. For food, Olive oil, ice cream, yogurt, to name a few things, all has to be top quality. I have to have my redbull, no other brand will do. When I'm drinking coffee, it has to be the good stuff. When I'm baking, I never get cheap ingredients b/c you can really tell the difference.

Toothpaste. May sound stupid, but I have to have good toothpaste! And kitty litter. Can't stand a cheap kitty litter stinking up the house. Almost everything else in my house, I've downgraded when necessary.... But the things that I'm least happy about doing that with: my scented candles (MUST be PartyLite - they keep me from going insane when cooped up during the winter), my various Swiffer products (I detest housecleaning), and hair conditioner.

toilet paper-Kleenex Cottenell (although I have Charmin right now because I didn't buy it)
paper towels-Kleenex Viva
tissues-Kleenex with Lotion
I like the Kleenex Brand!!

I may not have tp, but I can wash the hiney.
TP is not natural for the red eye. (dry paper against the most sensitive skin on thy body) That's why the bidet is excellent!
