Is SBG Loading Slow for You??

For those having issues with SBG being slow to load. Please do the following:

To do 100 pings from a windows machine open your command prompt

win xp & Vista: start -> run -> cmd
win 9x: start -> run -> command

(Windows key + R will bring up the run prompt too.)

* Then at the command prompt type
ping -n 100 sportbikegurls.com

To do 100 pings from a linux server to your home computer:
login via ssh
+ Type:
ping -c 100 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx being your home IP)
(You can find this by typing ipconfig form the cmd prompt or from your routers user interface.)

Note:
They only want the summary of the pinging:
Ping statistics for x:
Packets: Sent = 100, Received = x, Lost = x (x% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = xms, Maximum = xms, Average = xms

PM the the 'Summary' to me and I will send all the info at once to our providers so they can look into the matter. :sbgrox:

honestly, since i joined it has taken at least 20 seconds for each page to load, but as of yesterday and today its going at a normal speed. i have charter cable so wtf. i will pm you when its going slow again.

go to: start - programs - accesories - then click on command prompt. (its a black window that pops up)

then just type: ping -n 100 www.sportbikegurls.com

when it finishes pm the "ping statistics" to PG. i.e.

mine came out:
"Packets sent = 100, recieved = 100, lost = 0 (0%loss)
approximate rount trip times in milli-seconds:
minimum = 53ms, maximum = 86ms, average = 57ms"

and again for PG, for w/e reason it is going fast for me these past few days so discount mine. although i would think the tracerout details would be more helpful, but w/e

thats what our provider has posted to do, so thats what I have posted to do. I agree with you tho.

Its been slow to me ever since the power outage.

Mine is only slow when I'm on the wireless server at my hospital location. This is also where all the firewalls keep me from seeing most vids and firefox is blocked there too. So I use IE there.

At my off site location and home everything moves great

I use Firefox at home and have no problems. But here at work on both IE an Firefox, its slow.

Ok, just tried it here at work without using the www. and its MUCH faster!!!
