How many of you out there hate paying for tire mounting and balancing ??

If you could mount and balance your tires yourself would you??

work good, i spent 315 for 2ct 120-190/55 straight money on the big pig, except i was rolling thick darkies coming onto the back stretch, nothing like spinning your tire at 70+ coming out of a corner

used to the feeling, dirt background came in handy that day, did have a nice holyshit moment coming out of T2 massive spinning then a nice patch of traction, shot out like a rocket

the guy that told me about the darkies was loving the show, he was faster but stayed behind to watch T6, the pig would spin for about 50ft he said going onto the oval, i wish i could of gotten it on vid

My club owns a tire machine, it's really convenient. Although I usually ride out to STG and just have them do it. However many of your members order the tires and have them shipped to the house where the machine is and mount them.

x2 on our club having a machine. but id rather pay the 20.00 and have stg mount/balance them for me. sometimes its hard getting a date/time to use the machine and it takes an hr+ for me/us to get them done. i have ADD and dont have time to wait around, so i go to stg and buy more stuff while im there.

I do mount and balance my own. One of the perks of building my motorcycle repair business in my little shop.

I get to buy tools and use them myself free and also make a little money off of the customers I get here and there.

I ride with the owners of http://www.nomartirechanger.com/ Steve and Sue are awesome people and they helped me free of charge to put on a tire. but for you guys if you are interested you can purchase one of their machines for $600. if you are serious about riding i recommend purchasing one. its great quality and when i get more financially sound i'll be picking one up as well.

i think i sound like a comercial, but thats just because i really like them and their product.
