I am going to ask if anyone here would like to join the 2009 Committee.
Realize if you join YOU MUST COMMIT and SEE it through to the end.
Its a burden and it is rewarding. YOU may not have a great time all the time. You may have to sacrifice some fun and riding. That being said if you want to help out please contact me.

I would be happy to help any way I can. Sometimes it's good to have someone that is "somewhat" local to do some of the legwork.

I've been to other forum gatherings too and would be happy to share some ideas. I would never make it one of those "well.....at xxx forum WE did it this way" thing, but sometimes you can learn and get good ideas from other gatherings too. (does that make sense?)

Hey Twisty, Glad to have you on our team. We are going to give everybody until the end of next week to sign up. Once everyone has respsonded, we will schedule our 1st meeting where we can discuss ideas, scheduling, etc.....

What were asking everyone to do is email us their ideas, suggestions, concerns, potential sponsors, etc.. to info@sportbikegurlsrally.com

We'll take everyones input and create a meeting agenda and then email it out to all the committe members a week prior to the meeting. That way, we'll all have a chance to look things over and jot down questions, comments and concerns for us to review at the meeting.

What's going to be great is having the bodies to be able to pass out flyers and posters at local businesses in the area!!! That will make a HUGE Difference for next years Rally!!!
