F/S Craftsmen tools!

So i cleaned out the garage and came across a mechanic's tool set from sears. Its about 3 years old, and i have all but 3 of the parts. ( i can replace the 3 if needed) This tool set is a 3/8 and 1/4 standard and metric, 12 point, 6 point, standard and deep sockets. I'm missing 3 sockets. one 12mm and 2 10mm. Besides that i have all the pieces

i the closest thing i found to it was a 145 piece Craftsmen now sales. Its priced brand new at $179.00 at sears.

so you get 6 (ok well 3) more pieces in this set, $30 less and still have the lifetime warranty.
Does $150 sound about right?

i know some one was looking for a good motorcycle tools set, this would be a great step for getting started.
