Anyone here goin to CMP 6-7 ,6-8?

MY very first track day will be June 7th....WOOHOO!! Cant wait...but most of the people I know are going down Sunday....Im racing with NESBA, and their free into session is Saturday, so im doin that then racing on Sunday....
Wanted to see if anyone was goin to be there?

Expert advice on what is needed for my first track day, lets just hope in my excitement i dont forget my bike;) LOL!

NESBA does free intro days. I think it's 2 20-minute sessions for free.

Different areas/tracks require different things but for the most part here is a short list:

Gauntlet style gloves
Helmet (dot or snell) that hasnt been crashed/dropped already
Leathers, can be 2-piece if it zips all the way around
back protector - not the ones that come in jackets but an aftermarket one
riding boots

BIKE:

-usually coolant completely flushed out replaced with distilled water, most places will accept water wetter mixedx in with it
-mirrors/blinkers removed
-lights/tail lights taped up (use painters tape, comes off clean and I do recommend pulling the light fuse)
-some places require kickstand removed, other places don't

If I could add some other stuff that is not required but mostly needed:
sunscreen
folding chair
cold drinks and cooler
obviously food
Most things you can get/borrow/share with another rider.....
