In light of my last-minute txt that I just got saying that we're NOT going to Pueblo... is anyone up for a canyon carving run tomorrow?

I'll be at MoCo around 8:30 if anyone cares to join me. :)

Had a friend go down today on his 954... but he's alright short of some minor road rash. The bike took a good rashing too, but it's still 100% rideable.


I'm thinking either IMI tomorrow, or another mountain ride. My new Qualifiers are nicely scrubbed in now - so I'm ready to rock and roll. :D

Yeah - it sucks. He was dressed pretty minimally too - all the rash could have been easily prevented. But he rode home, lived to tell about it, and walked away knowing something he didn't know when he started.

Live to ride another day. :)

OOOHHH Hell, I got a lump in my throat when you said it was a guy on a 954. I thought it was either Wickles, or Jeremy....

I'm still really sorry to hear about the downed rider..but very glad that he's ok and was able to ride away from it..

The best kind of crash you can have is one you can ride away from.
