Hey anyone that has or knows about buells please get in touch with me.
Trying to figure out why an 07 xb12 would be sputtering and acting like it's out of gas when it was just filled up.

Checked the fuel filter? Is the fuel pump running?

Dunno it's not my bike it's osp's he's out w/ drewp and drewp's dad and grandpa on a cross country trip and the last leg of today's journy it started doing this... but i will ask them...

My husband has an 07 xb12scg, it's an awesome bike. However we did the intake modification and it stutters when he first takes off. I don't know if that is the case of the one you are mentioning, but I understand that is pretty common. The website he checks out all the time is buell motorcycles.com. maybe the ecm needs to be reset?

It could also be that he got some bad gas...oline from the gas station (sorry, bad pun). Some places will have really old gas and it can make your bike run horribly for a while.

bad fuel, pinched fuel over flow line, fouled plugs, clogged or really dirty air filter

his buddy bought a 600RR in which he trashed n then tried using us as an excuse as why he did it.
