Over the past couple years I've put together a pretty comprehensive track day checklist that will help guide you as to what to check, bring, be prepared for, etc. Feel free to print and use as your own :)

Might I suggest adding brake fluid, brake cleaner, locktight, safety wire and pliers, hose clamps, extra nuts/bolts/etc. and a basic electrical kit w/fuses to that list? Very important to be prepared and organized, having a list like this one to follow will keep you from running around pulling your hair out trying to get things ready at the last minute.
