Nesba VIR July 5 & 6, 2008

BOOYAH! I am signed up for VIR on 07/05-07/06/08 and I have a brand new 08 R1 reserved for one session as NEBSA is hooked up with Yamaha this year and offering demo rides at select track days and this happens to be one of them.

This is going to be off the chain.. factory racer for a session.. that and a chance to ride a track everyone tells me is bad ass..

I think VIR is an awesome race track. I've been wondering where you were.

yeah things have been ultra busy for me.. i can post on the WOS forum at work so I have been keeping tabs there but other than that i am spread pretty thin..

Well I have the pictures but still have to go visit my buddy Super to get the video.. probably go over there Saturday and work on it then.. I have a whole weekend and just hanging with MP Jr... finally a little time to unwind..

Those are great!! I remember that big oak tree when mr.dixie was there lol, seems like that was a special curve you had to be careful in but fast. So you guys had great fun I'm sure! Thanks for posting the pic's!!!

yeah it was a great time.. i am ready to do it again for sure.. still need to get the video from super and then i can you tube it and post it up.. also waiting on the www.picsofyou.com cd that we ordered then i will have some pics of me to post as well..

only took me 5 months but the first of like 3-4 videos is done..

i have watched it like 10 times.. it starts out with the warm up laps but the pace picks up big time.. if you like riding bikes you will love this video..

super is the cameraman and in the very beginning dyno is leading him until super stuffs him in a corner on i believe lap 2.. but it's hard for me to believe super exercised that much patience (he usually tells me he is going to take it easy and like 2nd turn he is passing me.. lol)

yeah i don't know what the deal is.. i posted it on the WOS forum and it works fine - here sometimes it works sometimes not so much.. i have verified (by watching several times) on the WOS forum it works:

it's definitely worth watching and really it doesn't get really good until about 2 minutes in or so - maybe 3.. and actually that is 6 minutes of a 20 minute session.. to fit on youtube i cut it down to just that.. i still have 14 more minutes of that session and video from 3 other sessions as well..
