Well, Batgirl did her first ever track day yesterday in an effort to come to terms with the Wee Strom. IMHO, she did very well. She started off the day very hesitant and nervous. As the day progressed, and the few drizzles passed, and after some instruction from the control riders and much encouragement from me, she started making good progress and actually started to get a little more confident in the curves, which have been her weak point. Over all, I would say the day was a success.

It is also worth noting, that there was not one single accident all day. All the ladies did great and every one of them are heroes to me. Little girls don't get out there and do what they were doing, women do. I am just lucky to have a woman that likes this stuff as much as I do.

I took lots of photos of her and some of the other ladies but will only include a few here and a link to the rest.

T13 later in the day. actually leaning the bike. I think she made a lot of progress, and she was told by one of the instructors that she looked like a totally different rider than when she started the day. I agree.

Its a MyChron Light Tg by AIM. Jay had the extra USB cable and software to download the info, its kinda fun! I bought this one used and was lucky it was the same Jay already has so we can share stuff.

I think your timer offers software too, I noticed it on their website when I was shopping, but I didn't look into whether its only certain models that can connect.

Thanks. That was the whole point of my being there was to learn that I can lean my bike without a catastrophopic failure. This day gave me so much more confidence in myself and my bike.

David got some good ones that he is still working on but I saw a guy in some green Army style pants, I think, and he was taking a lot of pics. I don't know who he was though. If you find out who else took pics, if they have a link, let me know. I would like to check them out.

All three of these ladies can whip most guys butts on a track with one hand tied behind their back, but the girl in the middle has won 2 CCS championships. I don't even think she's 18 years old yet.

Hundreds of photos!!

Here are some pics I took on Womens Day. I'm new to photography and some of them may be blurry or whatever, but at least there are a lot of pictures of most all of the riders that day. Ktrides2 set it up for me to put the photos on the girlriders forum. I'll be adding photos all day today so keep checking. Nice pics. I would have loved to have taken more pics other than of the novice group, but Dawn was riding novice and I came back to help her and be with her when she wasn't riding. Our hope is that the next track day we will have somebody else there to help when she comes in so I can spend more time taking photos.
