Stole this info from a local site. I really like this idea.
How to help
About them:
Founded in 2006, the Red Flag Fund is chartered to carry on the 20 year tradition of the Wegman Benefit Fund in providing financial support to Road Racers throughout the United States who are seriously injured during competition. We are a 501(c)(3) exempt Non-Profit Charity.
The fund was created by Jeff and Jennifer Kufalk after much consideration following the 2006 mid-year announcement by Gordon Lunde that the Wegman Benefit Fund would shut its doors at the end of the calendar year. A great deal of discussion took place with the Wegman Benefit Fund officers in the decision of creating a successor fund.
In short, if you roadrace, or are in any way/shape/form connected to anyone who does, we are here for you!
