I personally think it's fugly... but it's supposed to blow all other liter bikes out of the water in performance... Of course, once I see it in person, I might really like it... that's how I was with the yellow/blue 2006... thought it was ugly in the pictures, but loved it once I saw it in person...

I agree the new ones are ugly and the exhuast Im not a fan of them being on the side. Dont like that either but it is a cbr so I guess it can grow on me

will prolly do away with the fairing part on it n leave it like others.

Good question - it does look like removing that stock can and using something else will leave a gap unless they retain the same shape can - and I'd guess there's probably some sort of trademark infringement to worry about there.
