Hello, I'm Nikki and I'm 21 years old. I live in the Tampa area of Florida. I have an '07 GSXR1000 orange and black. Umm...I'm a full-time student at the University of South Florida. That's really about it.

Thank you
I've been riding my own bike for about 2 years now. I've grown up around them though, my dad used to dragrace motorcycles.
Here she is after a charity bikewash:

I honestly don't have an answer for exactly why I chose a litre, it just felt right I guess? I was comfortable enough with my riding ability to know that I could handle one.
I had an '05 GSXR600 as my first bike:

honestly, I love everything about my bike...it's wonderful. I wouldn't say I like it more than a 600 though. I live in the most densely populated county in florida, so it's nice when I'm stuck in traffic, which is always. It's easier to ride, like I always say, it takes all the effort out of riding. And I love the speed when the conditions are right :0). But I also plan to buy another 600 some day. I love to ride the twisties and I plan on doing track days and maybe eventually start racing and obviously the 600 would be better for that sort of thing, it's lighter and I feel like it is more forgiving when it comes to making mistakes, which I make a lot of. There's a lot more but...I'm tired of typing so..The End :lazy:

All these little ladies on these big bikes. Makes me depressed that I am on a 250. I can't wait to grow up enough to be on a 600.
Oh yeah, welcome and all that good stuff.
And not that your a little lady. I mean I am sure you are a lady just, not little. Not that I think you are fat or anything. Not that there is anything wrong with being big, I mean....well I am sure you are a wonderful female type person......not saying you butch or anything along those lines.....Ok I think this hole is about 6 feet deep so I will stop now.

i had my 600 for 2 years and before that i learned on my dad's old school honda and rode that on occassion. my whole family rides (or used to ride) so it's in my blood, it's something i've been around my entire life.
