The Little Dog is what my grandmother use to call a retired gentleman. I have never wanted a pit but a girl I was seeing found him on the side of the road on the way to my house one night. She thought she was going to keep him until I explained what he was. She then decided that it was my responsibility to find a home for him. Lucky for me I know enough white trash who would think it was cool to own a pit bull. Somehow the little bastard wormed his way into my heart. So when some one said they would take him I had to inform them that he had already found a home.

Liberty came from my old boss and was born around the time 9/11 happened, Justice we got from the humane society about 2 years later. they are both females and definetly get along better than the children.

This looks IDENTICAL to our old boerboel mastiff! I named him Enzo, due to the exorbitant amount of money it cost me to fuel him! Sadly, we had to give him away because we didn't have time to give him the attention he needed. So he went to live with some friends where the wife stays at home so he gets a lot more attention and is happier.

My wife keeps telling me we need another dog, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to give it another try just yet. We had good luck with our boxer when we had one, so I think that's what we'd go with again (at least nothing larger anyway). I may look for something smaller though, that will take up less room on the bed. Here's a pic of a friend's Great Dane pups, who like to "share" their bed with he and his wife:

I have to agree with you Pits are great dogs. Very smart dogs at that. My favorite dogs are Pits and Rotties, it just sucks that they been labeled as the worse and most feared. No one says anything about the Chow Chow that bit the mailman, or anything about the german shepard that didn't want to be bothered on a humid summer day. The point is all dogs bite. And if you piss them off enough or train them to kill, your going to get a pretty nasty chunk taken out of your ass.

We gave a cat that can drink out of his water bowl, and even eat his food, hell the cat can even play with his toys, but just, and I must say just don't bother his BBQ'd beef bone off the grill..........LOL That he keeps for himself. That goes for the neighbors dogs as well, he well share all except that bone.

Oh I love that dog I had one just like that but they stole it. I miss that dog the first time he got lost we found him. Some lady had groomed him and put a collar on him. Its been about 2 wks and nothing.
