New Motorsports park

Ok so Im very excited about the new track that they are building about 30 min from where I live. Its supposed to be big and have all kinds of events. So what I have heard is that motorsports managment has been in discussion with AMA PRO RACING and GRAND AM to hold national events. So this is the links to the park. What do you think?

Wish I was closer to a track that ran regular track days.
Also wish I had more money for said track days.
