Pfft.... you saw the V-Day pic I posted.

A couple years before that for a different ex I had all kinda of stuff like that set up in her room and roses lining the staircase leading upstairs to her room.... and I had cleaned her room. She got home to find the roses up the stairs and presents in her room... and (because I'm an idiot and thought that after dating about a year and a half it might actually WORK) she also got a nice ring as well....which was in her bed.

Meh... the hours of sex / effort made works out very nicely. I think that weekend the only place left sacred in that house was her parents bed... (yes, she still lived at home). Oh... and her sisters bed. The rest of the house was ... abused. :D

When you have to send her back to base after 5 hours cause she can't stay out overnight... and she wakes you up the next morning for more after taking the taxi back to the hotel.... you know the effort is worth it.
