Ok so maybe Im a bit behind the times, however, I just got the new issue (and last BOO) of Cycle World in the mail the other day. I saw the specs on the Kawi Ninja 250 and just about fell in love. Anyone else agree here? Sorry if this topic is posted somewhere else!! I just can't stop drooling!!!:wacko:

NIce bikes especially for starters till they can move up to something else or sometimes even stick with that one.

The gf has a 250 now... I've thought about keeping it as a commuter, but then we went on a trip.

Yes it get's great milage on 2 lane or in town, but the commute is a lot of interstate riding. On our trip we were mostly on interstate 80 mph... My SV averaged 48 mpg, her 250 46 mpg.
On 2 lane, speeds 50-65, she gets 70+, but I don't think it's worth keeping an extra bike just for those times.

my buddy is thinking of getting one too. He's not super crazy about it being a 250, but he can't get over how nice it is overall.....I admit, it is a real nice looking bike for what it is! Props to Kawi on that one!
